The Lake

Just got home after a few days at the lake with a group of good friends. It was great to catch up and watch our kids play together. Such a good feeling when you meet up with people you haven't seen for a long time but you instsntly pick up where you left last time.
The weather was warm so we managed to have a swim , went on a paddleboat, done some fishing. Otherwise lots of drinking and talking. I promise to stick up some photos soon.
Heard Tongariro had a climax- good on him!

We are here

We are here. It was truly trip to hell with Fred sick and Zuza screaming! Loads of fun. At least the weather has been hot, now the kids need to get better and we are ready to play. Off tomorrow to the lake with some friends. Should be fun!

Couldn't sleep last night thinking: If i had a really strong premonition while standing in the queue to check in would I have guts to say: no we are not getting on this plane today?
Oh I hate flying!!!!!!!!

Countdown

I am not sure about all that blogging thing but here it goes I'll give it a go.
Three days to go , mostly organised and half packed. Very excited .... NOT  that bloody flight spoils everything. If only we could walk there!
